Besides payment by credit cards and personal cheques, we have added a new method of  payment  due  to  popular  demand.  To use this method of payment, you will need to have an ATM card and a Savings or Current (Checking) acount with either DBS or POSB.  The  following is the step-by-step guide to ATM transfer payment:

    1. Shop at our online store as usual.  When you check out with your cart,

        proceed through the process as guided by our system.

    2. At the last step of our process payment, you will arrive at "CONFIRM ORDER"

        page. Check your information thoroughly.  In the text box provided, PLEASE

        leave us a short note to tell us you will be paying by ATM transfer.  Click on

        the "CONFIRM ORDER" button, and your order will be entered into our system.

    3. You will be routed to our "Thank you" page, stating your order has been

        received.  Since you are paying by ATM transfer you can STOP HERE, DO NOT

        proceed further by pressing the payment button (this is intended for credit card

        payments only).

    4. Now you will need to wait for two important e-mails from our store: your

        Purchase Order email and the Banking Information email.  The first e-mail

        (Purchase Order e-mail) should be sent within the next few minutes of your

        checking out from our store. In this, you can find your Purchase Order Number

        which you will need to give to us for our order processing (see Step #7).

    5. Your second e-mail (Banking Information e-mail) will be sent to you within 24

        hours of your check out.  This will contain our banking information for

        transferring the payment by ATM.

    6. Simply transfer your payment into our account using any DBS/POSB ATM.

    7. SMS or Call in your payment through phone number (65) 81 969 143. In

        the SMS or call, please state your Purchase Order Number and the

        $ amount transferred.

Once we receive your notification, we will confirm your payment and your order
should be processed immediately.  Your order will then be shipped in the
following 1-2 business days.  Shipment usually takes approximately 1-5 business
days to reach its destination.  Please see our shipping policy for further
details.

Please note that your order will be kept in the system for a maximum of one (1) week. If we don't receive your payment notification within 1 week, your order will not be shipped and it is cancelled automatically.
