Optionally, add in fried cubed potatoes, chili slices and sator seed (petai). Boile liver/gizzard until cooked and tender, save 500ml of boiling liquid. Cut liver/gizzard into desired size and shape, and boil again with water and seasoning.No need to add coconut milk which is already included in the seasoning.
