Net Wt. 50gr.حلال Gizzard in Chili & Coconut gravy. Indofood creates an instant seasoning mix without preservatives. For sambal goreng ati, use chicken or beef liver and gizzard. Optionally, add in fried cubed potatoes, chili slices and sator seed (petai). Boile liver/gizzard until cooked and tender, save 500ml of boiling liquid. Cut liver/gizzard into desired size and shape, and boil again with water and seasoning.No need to add coconut milk which is already included in the seasoning.
