Net Wt. 400gr. حلال Yeast-raised donut mix from Pondan. This simple and easy mix is easily used to make home-made delicious donuts. All you need are egg yolks, water, and a tablespoon of margarine. The mix includes instant yeast and flour mix. Dissolve the instant yeast with water. Mix all ingredients including flour, yolk, yeast solution and margarine. Work the dough until developed, divide into 16 portions and shape them into donuts. Leave them to raise for 60 minutes before frying them in oil. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings like chocolate, peanuts, strawberry jelly, etc.
