It is an easy way to prepare traditional Indonesian dishes without the trouble of preparing the herbs. For Ayam Goreng, use 1 small/kampong whole chicken (about 500gr). Stew chicken pieces with seasoning and water. Fry in oil until light brown and crispy. Serves 4 portions. Can also be used with Beef or beef tripe to make empal dish or fried tripe.
